Use this shopping item to register at the early rate for the MTE14 meeting and its optional field trips. Early registration runs until March 31, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Regular Registration will start 8:00 am, April 1, 2023. On-site meeting-day registration will be available, if not sold out. This meeting is capped at 150 registrants, so register early! All field trips must be scheduled ahead of time—no on-site registration will be available. Please download the meeting circular for details, terms, and conditions. Please Note Refund Schedule: Before March 31, 2023, 5:00 pm MST: 100% refund minus $5 processing fee. April 1, 2023, 5:00 pm through June 1, 2023, 5:00 pm MST: 70% refund After June 1, 2023, 5:00 pm: NO refunds will be given. Send refund request via email to: MesoTerrEco14@gmail.com Refunds cannot be made for onsite registration.
Field Trip Cancellation: Must be made in writing and received by the Field Trip Leader (see website and circular) in writing by May 26, 2023 to qualify for refund. NO refunds for cancellation notices received after this date. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the meeting.
Shirts: One T-shirt featuring the MTE14 logo is included with registration. Shirts are unisex, classic fit, 100% cotton. Shipping is not available for shirts. They must be picked up at the conference. Additional shirts may be ordered from the UFOP Store for pickup at the event only.
