This month’s speaker, Colin Boisvert, studied Biology and Geology at the University of California, Davis. He investigated sauropod neck biomechanics with Professor Brooks Britt for his Master’s at BYU. He is currently a PhD student at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, working with Dr. Eric Snively and studying theropods, though he maintains that he still loves sauropods and considers himself a Saurischian person. At the November meeting, he will be speaking on a project he is working on with an international team for a special diplodocoid volume.
