In response to the pandemic, Utah Friends of Paleontology Great Basin Chapter is hosting a series of online paleontology lectures in lieu of our usual monthly meetings. At each meeting we feature a speaker who presents on a paleontology topic. We have pretty good connections, and get professional, academic, independent, and student paleontologists, as well as speakers who work in the arts and technologies that are essential to reconstructing past life

As always, UFOP chapter meetings are open to members and to anyone interested. We’ve created a UFOP Online Meetings page where you can register to receive a meeting link to attend our next upcoming talk. Our regular meetings are on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM mountain time.
